Turkey Wraps

Okay, so maybe this is too simple. But this has turned into my favorite lunch! I do not feel deprived at all!! I love food that has a bit of spice to it. This definitely does the trick.
2 slices of cracked pepper turkey from the deli (I get Sara Lee)

Baby spinach leaves

1 slice of pepper jack cheese

Dijon mustard

Whole grain tortilla

Layer cheese, turkey and spinach on tortilla. Add Dijon mustard to taste. Roll, eat, enjoy. I make several at a time and bring one to lunch with me each day. I also can eat this warmed (approximately 45 seconds in the microwave) or cold. It’s delicious both ways!
