Bean Salad

1 cup small whole wheat pasta (like ditalini or orzo), cooked

1 can garbanzos, drained

1 can red kidney beans, drained

1 can great Northern beans, drained

1 c thinly sliced celery with leaves

2-3 roma tomatoes, chopped

1/2 c fresh basil or parsley, chopped

2 T olive oil

2 T lemon juice

1 T brown mustard

sea salt

fresh ground pepper

Mix all together in a bowl. Let stand 5 minutes or chill before serving. Feeds a crowd!

And, I finally tried the Roasted Radishes tonight. Yum-my! Definitely will be having them again, next time with teriyaki instead of soy I think.
