Again with brussels sprouts?

Not too long ago, I tried to make Blest’s favorite roasted brussel sprouts.  You guys have given it rave reviews, but I am sure I did something wrong.  I just didn’t like it.  And I’m a veggie freak!

Last weekend I bought more brussel sprouts, determined to make it right.  But I kept putting it off, afraid to fail once more.  I had to eat them or throw them away, so, yesterday…

I washed and cut ‘em in half, threw them in a wok with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.  Then I added a splash of soy sauce and a tbsp of orange marmalade!  Put a lid on it and steamed for a few minutes.

Oh, my gosh!  Yep, they was yummy.  I ate every last bite, and I’d do it again. :mrgreen:
