1 large box chocolate fat free/sugar free pudding mix (1.2 oz)
8oz fat free cream cheese
2 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 sugar free angel food cake
fat free whipped topping
Tear the angel food cake into bite sized pieces and spread 1/2 of it (1/4 of cake) in a 9″ glass dish. Mix pudding, cream cheese, milk and cinnamon together in a blender or food processor. Pour half of mixture over cake pieces. Spread remaining cake pieces (1/4 of cake) over pudding mixture and pour remaining pudding mixture on top. Top with fat free whipped topping and refrigerate 2 hours or more. Makes 6 servings.
