Roasted Radishes, Revisited

Yup, I made those roasted radishes, modified.  It was way too hot today to cook in the oven. So, instead, I roasted them on the grill with garlic infused olive oil, sea salt and fresh ground pepper.  Yummy. They kind of tasted like cabbage?  No wonder Blest loves them with brussels sprouts.  In fact, I could imagine making a radish/walnut mix as I do with brussels sprouts
And… did you know you can eat the greens as well?  I looked up radishes in the Vegetable Love cookbook and there is a recipe for Radish Greens Pasta Sauce. I think it looks a little like a pesto sauce. I’ll let y’all know when I try it out.
