3/4 cup dried lentils
1/2 cup brown rice
1 pkg taco seasoning (or whatever seasoning you’re using)
scant 3 Cups water
Mix in covered casserole dish and bake at 300 degrees for about 100 minutes. Or cook in crockpot….
TIP: Do NOT eat a big bowl of this topped with cheese, sour cream, and salsa - accompanied by half a bag of tortilla chips every single day for lunch. Unless of course you want to end up over 200 pounds and starting the best darn group weight loss blog on the web. (Best cause of the people - not cause of me, mind you)
