Mocha Cooler
1 medium banana, cut into chunkes
2 cups light chocolate soymilk
2 tsps instant coffee granules
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup ice cubes
In a blender, place all the ingredients except ice cubes. Cover; blend on high speed for about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover; blend for about 15 seconds, or until smooth.
Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
Per serving: 148 calories. 8g protein. 26g Carbs. 2g Fiber. 2g Fat.
Iced Vanilla Latte
1 1/2 Cups strong coffee
2 cups vanilla soymilk
2 tsps caramel or chocolate fat free topping
Ice cubes to taste
Sugar, if desired.
Brew coffee. Stir the soymilk into the coffee. Drizzle the insides of two large glasses with topping. Fill glasses with ice cubes as desired. Pour coffee mixture over ice. Sweeten to taste. (which for me would, of course, be NOT)
Per serving: 118 calories (more if you add sugar) 6g Protein. 16g carbs 0g Fiber 3g fat
