Light Protein Shake

Whenever I am in a hurry and don’t have time to fix lunch or dinner or when I get home late from work, I fix myself a lite protein shake.

I use a packet of the Myoplex Lite Strawberry or Vanilla protein powder mix
1 cup of frozen fruit
10-12 oz water
1/2-1cup crushed ice
Pour it all in blender, blend it all up and there you have it.  I love it!

I use to do the vanilla protein powder mix with 2 scoops of the Ovaltine Chocolate Malt powder with the water and crushed ice but I had to stop that because the way it would work was 2 scoops of the the Ovaltine powder in the blender and like 4 scoops in my mouth.  I had no self control, so I just stopped buying it. :)
