Hoisen Chicken & Pasta

3 Chicken breasts

3/4 c hoisen sauce

1/4 c peanut butter

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp mustard

dash of sesame oil

about 1/2 c water

1 package spaghetti noodles-whole wheat

 

Rub some hoisen sauce on chicken breasts and bake at 350 for 40 min. or so. Cut into pieces. Boil pasta drain and rinse with cold water. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a pot on the stove, and bring to a boil. Sauce should be the consistency of salad dressing. Mix chicken in with sauce and pour over pasta. You can also top with roasted asparagus! MMMMMM.
