strawberry Heaven

It truly is. This recipe came from an employee cookbook where my husband works. It’s really good and easy, and maybe even something you’ve put together before.

Note: I have tried all recipes I post.

Strawberry Heaven

13 oz. angel food cake, cut into three horizontal layers
2 c. frozen strawberries, crushed
1 T. skim milk
8 oz. Cool Whip Free, thawed
2 single-serving packets of Splenda

Place bottom cake layer on a serving platter. In a mixing bowl, stir crushed strawberries and milk into one cup whipped topping. Stir in both packets of Splenda.

Spread half the strawberry mixture onto cake layer. Top with second cake layer. Repeat layers, ending with cake. Frost top and sides of cake with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate at least one hour. Slice and serve.

12 servings - 3 points per serving (I did not figure this myself so I don’t know for sure if it’s correct)
