Steak & Bean Soup

Okay - so awhile back I told you about my new favorite lunch.  Well, today I’m out of canned pintos (sob!) so I couldn’t have that.  Instead I snagged a leftover grilled steak from the fridge and did this:

1 small leftover grilled steak, diced

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can Mexican Festival Rotel Tomatoes (I buy them a dozen at a time now)

A splash of beef broth (probably optional - but a nice touch)

Mix in a saucepan. Simmer til ya wanna eat it.  Eat it. YUM!!
