Silver Dollar Steak Fries

This recipe is from The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution Cookbook.

3-4 potatoes, with skin, sliced 1/4 in. thick

Dry BBQ seasoning mix

Cooking oil spray

Spray baking sheet with oil. Place sliced potatoes in single layer on sheet, and spray lightly with oil. Sprinkle dry rub BBQ mix over potatoes to strength desired.

Bake at 425 for about 45 minutes, turning once and re-sprinkling if desired.

These have trace fat and are very much like chips.
