Brownies - one serving

This is a little trick my Weight Watcher leader taught me that I LOVE. It’s for those that need a little chocolate fix and it’s only 1 point. :)

~ 2 T. low fat brownie mix I recommend No Pudge Brownies if they sell them where you are … they are delicious! Well, except for the Raspberry Fudge - I thought it tasted just like Robutussin cough syrup, but the others are all good. :)
~ 1 T. fat free yogurt (vanilla or plain)

Mix together in a small cup and microwave for one minute. Top with fat free cool whip if you want.

ONLY ONE POINT! I’ve been known to double it for a two point brownie and you get a pretty nice sized brownie that way … you might need to microwave it an extra 10-12 seconds.
