About a month ago a friend of mine invited me over for dinner. We are both doing WW. So, she since the kids were with me she made us all pizza. I know what you are thinking…pizza and WW don’t mix but behold she totally modified the recipe. I have 4 kids and she has 2 and a hubby, she also made a couple for them as well. But ours was about 17 points for the whole thing, so we split it. That is about 9 points for a half of a pizza, did you hear me? So I am going to share this modified pizza recipe with ya.
- 1 Boboli Whole Wheat Pizza Crust (she found it a Publix)
- Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Turkey Pepperoni (they smell bad but are really good)
- Spaghetti Sauce (most are low points anyways)
Obviously you create your pizza and bake it and TADA. The first bite was kinda strange (especially if you are used to REAL pizza crust) but after that I ate almost half a pizza. It was yummy! It was so easy to make 2 others but with different crust for all the kids. So easy! Try it all you WW gals, you will thank me later! And we calculated the points about 5 times to make sure. You just have to watch your serving sizes on your labels.
