These are the best turkey burgers I’ve ever had. Soooo good!
Turkey Burgers
1 lb. ground turkey meat
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup of diced sweet bell peppers and onions (I used the dehydrated ones and they worked great…it also allowed me to use red and green peppers)
salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and form into patties. Grill burgers for five minutes on each side or until meat is cooked all the way through.
Eat on a whole grain bun or wrapped in lettuce!
These burgers totally rock!
