From the Busy People’s Lowfat Cookbook
1/4 c. fat free butter spread
1/2 t. garlic salt, optional
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli cuts
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, not grated
Stir the butter spread, garlic salt, and broccoli in a microwaveable bowl.
Cover and cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir. Cook for 4 more minutes on high.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and let sit for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
I could eat this once a week or more. It is wonderful.
