Mandarin Orange Chicken (Lady Laura)

This recipe comes from Fix It and Forget It Lightly, which is in much use around here due to the heat.

Mandarin Orange Chicken
(Makes 4 servings)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c orange juice concentrate
1 t poultry seasoning
1/2 t salt
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
with 3 T juice reserved
2 T flour

Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine onion, seasoning and salt, and juice concentrate. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on Low 4-5 hours.
Remove chicken and keep warm. Reserve cooking juices.
In a saucepan, combine 3T reserved mandarin juice and flour. Stir until smooth.
Stir in cooking juices. Bring to a boil. Stir and cook for 2 minutes to thicken.
Stir in mandarin oranges, pour over chicken.
Serve with rice or pasta.
