Saucy Stir-Fried Pork

Okay, lets try this again.  For some reason I can’t get a post to go through.  My computer fogs up when I try to publish.

Saucy Stir-Fried Pork

1/4 c Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing (I use the Kraft Free)

1 lb pork tenderloin cut into thin strips

1 c. thin redd pepper strips

2 c. fresh sugar snap peas or snow pea pods (I used frozen pods that I quickly rinsed with hot water)

2/4 c. diagonally sliced green onions

2 Tbsp soy sauce (I use low sodium)

1 tsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Heat dressing in large skillet on med-high.  Add meat; cook and stir 2 min.  Add peppers and peas; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.  Add onions; cook and stir 1 min.

Mix soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger until well blended.  Add to meat mixture; cook 1 min or until sauce thickens, stirring frequently.

I served over rice.

I got this recipe from Kraft Food and Family magazine.  It’s something I’ve been getting since forever.  It’s a free publication and I used to love to cook from it however it is not “gettin’ skinny” conscience.  As I thumbed through the new print I knew I could make this for Jeff and I.  We will definitely add this to our “must eat” list
