Ok, so after I posted below I thought of this breakfast favorite of mine that I could share )
6 egg whites
1 pkg plain instant oatmeal
1 tsp pancake mix
Blend all ingredients and pour “batter” into a small skillet. Flip when it begins to bubble and cook a couple of minutes on the other side. Remove to a plate. Smear with 1T sugar free preserves….roll and eat.
Calories: 207.4 Fat: 1.7g (.03g sat.) Carbohydrates: 21.7g Fiber: 3.1g Protein: 24.9g
Note: My sister hates it (says it’s too bland). It’s filling though.
