Hummus

3 cups cooked garbanzos
3 cloves garlic (or more)
6 tablespoon lemon juist
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
3 teaspoon cumin
4 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon sugar

Just process it all together. It is pretty flavorful which you might like; just play with the measurements a bit.

It is nice on pita “chips” or with Triscuits =)
