nonstick cooking spray
1 c. unprocessed wheat bran (Hodgson’s Mill)
1 6 oz. fat free sugar free yogurt (any flavor)
2/3 c. dry nonfat milk
1/2 c. applesauce
5 T. raisins (or other dried fruit)
3 T. flour
1 t. each baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon
3 pkg. sugar substitute (Splenda is what I’ve used)
1 T. vanilla
Mix all together. Spring 12 muffin tins with nonstick spray. Spoon batter evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
4 muffins = 2 points!!
These are yummy!!!! Reminds self to mix up a batch soon.
