2 Point Shake

I love this frozen treat because there not much too it! I’ve eaten this quite a bit in the evenings to keep me out of the ice cream and it does the trick.

1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free pudding mix - any flavor
1 tablespoon fat free Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I leave this out sometimes)
8 ice cubes

Put all into a blender and process until smooth and thick.

Now there will be little pieces of ice … think more of a slurpee with an ice cream-y type flavor to it. Last night I made this and accidentally scooped out about twice as much ff cool whip as I really needed. I went ahead and threw it in and it made this so much creamier and thicker - more to an ice cream consistency.

Either way, it’s a great cool treat for a summer evening
